Hello Parents!

I hope that you’re all doing well! I just wanted to let you know about a small change to our payment process effective August 2026. Instead of making payments at the beginning of each month or by individual lessons, payments will now be calculated and invoiced at the end of each month. 

Each invoice will include a breakdown of the lessons attended, the cost of each lesson, and the total amount due. Since my schedule has become much busier, it has become difficult to arrange make-up lessons, so this system will help keep everything accurate, organized, and easy to follow. 

Each invoice will include a detailed breakdown of:

• The lessons attended during the month

• The cost of each lesson

• The total amount due

As my teaching schedule continues to grow as I am expecting new students and in addition to everyone enrolled in my after-school music program at my current school, this will really help me stay organized and keep attendance and payments accurate. It will also make things much easier than trying to keep track of individual lesson payments throughout the month.
